"What do I need to do before my bathroom tile/stone installation begins?"
Great question! We have created an easy to use list to help you prepare!
THE BUILD-OUT FOR BATHS LIST
(Homeowner bath remodel preparation)
Cabinet selection
Make your counter selection
Tile selection (walls and floor etc.)
Shower valve & faucet selections
Sink selection (18x11.5 or smaller for standard under mount sink vanity cabinet).
Tub selection (if applicable)
Toilet
Electrical changes (fan, lights etc)
Mirror
Glass door thickness, style and hardware
Carpentry work (base, casing etc)
Paint selection

"What is the time frame for installation?"
Every project is different and requires its own consideration in answering this question. But, most projects can be completed within 7-10 business days
"Do I need to place the tile/stone order or do you do that?"
We are happy to place the order for you! If, however, you prefer to place the order yourself, you can also do that. We can provide you with the order details you need!
"Do I need to pick up the tile/stone?"
In most cases, yes. You will want to pick up the materials and have them on the job prior to the beginning of your installation. If you are not able to pick up the materials, we can do that for you for an additional fee.
"What installation materials do I need to purchase?"
NONE! Installation materials are included in your Bid for Service price.
"What about sealing the material?"
Some tile and stone does require sealing and maintenance while others do not. Please be sure to ask your installer about your particular material and its maintenance
